Is this really the new Nikon D800 shown here? This is not sure at all because the différences with the Nikon D700 seem to be much larger than allowed by the marketing analysis.

I am a professional photographer looking for the latest updates on the Nikon D800 and D700x and/or s. How well will the D800 be for nature and landscape photography as well as cultural/people photos? Any specs on these cameras yet?Thank you for any info you might have.

Even if some people think that the D700 is nearing its end-of-life, it’s not done yet. So, the information I have will be published here on the YLovePhoto web site. Keep your eyes peeled, but I don’t believe that there is any public source now who can give precise answers as you are seeking them.
